Leg Vein Treatment

Most people are fortunate enough to have their veins and capillaries remain unseen as they transport blood around the human body. However, some people have veins and capillaries that are significantly noticeable and visible – both in colour and in size.

Whether you suffer from rosacea, spider leg veins, broken facial capillaries or another condition related to the vascular system, speak to the trusted team at SKIIN about vascular laser treatment in Melbourne.

The treatment is non-invasive and is results can generally be seen within one session. Though this does vary from person to person, meaning multiple sessions could be needed.

What is Leg Vein Treatment?

Our Leg vein treatment is a non-invasive, fast and effective option to target unwanted blue, red and purple veins while sparing the surrounding skin.

How does Leg Vein Treatment work?

Our Leg Vein treatment is predominantly performed using a Nd Yag laser. The machine sends a beam of light which is concentrated heat to the area, which coagulates the vein. This enables the vein to diminish and from the surface is no longer visible to the naked eye.

How many treatments are required?

1-6 treatments may be required, though this does vary and is dependent on the vein being treated.

Is there any downtime?

Generally, there is little downtime. However, you can experience redness, heat, possible bruising with this type of treatment which is completely normal.

Who is Leg Vein Treatment suitable for?
